This week, London Assembly Member for Havering & Redbridge Keith Prince took to the Romford Recorder to talk about pollution in London and how he has been pushing the mayor to put some money aside to help black cab drivers with the transition.

Keith later goes on to say that he wants to see the Mayor cut the millions of pounds that he is planning to spend on the new Ultra Low Emission Zone and instead use this money to buy a new fleet of hybrid buses.
