The ‘Positive Parents Cycling for All’ bike scheme is running at Thames Chase Forest Centre, Pike Lane, Upminster at weekends, school and public holidays from 6th April – 27th October 2019 10:30-16:00.

The Bike Scheme has a full range of adapted bikes including tandems, tricycles, wheelchair platforms as well as standard bikes enabling children and young people with disabilities and their family to all cycle together.

Thames Chase has several cycling and walking trails available as well as a Café and children’s play area.
