Many residents have raised concerns about the reoccurence of anti-social behaviour in the Dorrington Gardens car park, Hornchurch. 

As a result, the community safety development manager has referred this matter to the police, who have alerted the Saint Andrew's Safer Neighbourhood Team and will take action. 

In addition, St Andrew's Ward Councillor, John Mylod has met with Parking officiers who have now confirmed that the top section of the car park will be closed at 20:00. Hopefully this will help to resolve the anti-social behaviour.
