Two weeks ago Councillor Bob Perry (Emerson Park) was contacted by the Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund and set him a task to raise £100 over a 10 day period. Bob was pleased to accept the challenge from the local charity and is thrilled to announce that he completed the task by raising £163.00 in less than an hour thanks to the membership of the Monday night Jazz Club at the Conservative Club in North St Hornchurch. We believe this to be a record for the 10-day challenge. Bob would like to say a huge thank you to all at the Conservative club for their generosity on the evening.
