Richard with his wife Irma have moved from Docklands to Hornchurch eleven years ago to start a family after discovering that Hornchurch is a safe, clean and environmentally friendly place to live. If elected, he is committed to continue contributing to his local community by serving as a diligent and conscientious councillor.
He wants to be a voice for local people, to represent the views of the folk he serves, and to make a positive difference to our area, striving to improve quality of life for all of us.
